The 2nd Annual Mississippi Sports & Fitness Expo, scheduled for Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Smith Wills Stadium, located on Lakeland Drive in Jackson, MS, will expose various sports and fitness options and demonstrations, the latest in healthy food varieties, fitness drinks, nutritional supplements, run/walk related products and services, and more to the community at-large. The Expo serves as an outlet to introduce traditional and non-traditional exercise in an effort to change Mississippi’s grim healthcare landscape. Gates open at 2 p.m.
In addition, the Expo will spotlight various sports that amateur athletes can participate in casually or competitively. The following competitions and events will be added to this year’s Expo:
